Terms & Conditions

1. 50% advance payment must be paid before the order is processed.

2. The remaining payment must be cleared before or at the time of delivery.

3. No credit will be given.

4. No refund will be provided after payment is made or the order is confirmed.

5. Once payment is made, the customer must accept the ordered products.

6. The customer must be available on the provided phone number and email during delivery.

7. If the customer does not answer calls, respond to emails, or receive the delivery, the supplier will not be responsible for any delay, loss, or additional charges.
